Terms of Business

On entering Amazon Adventure, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of business as set out below:

1. All tickets, parties, vouchers, and annual memberships are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot be extended, amended, or changed under any circumstances.
2. Parents or guardians must remain on the premises and accept full responsibility of children in their care, at all times. If you wish to leave the play area, even for a short time, you must take all the children under your care and your belongings with you.
3. To ensure you can always maintain your duty of care to the children in your group, we limit the number of children to adult ratio to a maximum of 4 children.
4. Our play areas are designed to be enjoyed by children of 12 years or under. All play areas are unsupervised by Amazon Adventure staff, and adults must take full responsibility for their children at all times.
5. Please ensure all members of your party are present at the time of admission. You can enter at any time after the session has started but your session will end at the advertised time and no additional time will be added for latecomers. 
6. Children under 1 year are free. We reserve the right to question the age of the child and/or ask for ID where we think the child might be 1 year or over.
7. In the event of force majeure – or any personal circumstances where your booking needs to be cancelled, amended, or changed – we regret that you forfeit your booking, and no refunds will be given.
8. Once booked, online tickets cannot be changed or altered for different dates or sessions under any circumstances.
9. We reserve the right to repair, maintain, or redevelop any area of Amazon Adventure without notice. We do not offer a discounted entry price in these circumstances or provide any form of refund or compensation.
10. Amazon Adventure reserves the right to alter our prices for day visitors and/or annual members at any time and without notice.  
11. We regret that tickets purchased prior to the release of an offer cannot be refunded regardless of the date of visit or time of purchase.
12. Amazon Adventure reserves the right to refuse entry in the event that the capacity for visitors at the premises is reached. This applies to both day visitors and annual members. We suggest pre-booking to guarantee your entry into Amazon Adventure.
13. We reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason whatsoever or to ban anyone from entering Amazon Adventure without offering a refund or the obligation to provide a reason – this applies to both day visitors and annual members.
14. Annual members should read and be aware of our separate Terms and Conditions for Amazon Adventure Membership. These are signed and agreed upon by each member on taking out or renewing an annual membership.
15. Any marketing offers are made in good faith and are targeted marketing initiatives. They are not a general reduction of our prices and in circumstances where an offer is not received, is not seen (for whatever reason), or goes into “junk” we do not reimburse the visitor or Annual Member. Awareness about our offers is the responsibility of the visitor and not part of our admission staffs’ remit.
16. Only food and drink purchased at Amazon Adventure premises may be consumed on site. Picnics are forbidden.
17. Amazon Adventure is a strictly no smoking and no vaping site
18. In adverse weather conditions we reserve the right to shut Amazon Adventure early and/or without notice.
19. We do not tolerate intimidating, antisocial, or aggressive behaviour towards our employees or our customers.  Visitors or groups may be asked to leave the site without a refund if a Director or Manager thinks it appropriate.
20. We are a cashless site and only accept card and contactless payments.
21. All items, belongings and other property brought into Amazon Adventure by visitors shall be at the visitor’s own risk and Amazon Adventure accepts no liability for the loss or damage to such belongings.
22. Vehicles are parked in our car park at the owner’s risk and Amazon Adventure takes no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park. Our car park is free of charge but subject to availability.
