Information & Terms of Business 

What are your party packages and how much do they cost?
  • Silver – £19.99 per child. Minimum 10 children. Maximum 25 children. 90 mins play and 30 mins in one of our themed private party rooms for food. Includes a Kid’s Lunch Box per child.
  • Gold – £24.99 per child. Minimum 10 children. Maximum 25 children. 90 mins play and 30 mins in one of our themed private party rooms for food. Choice of hot or cold Kid’s Buffet. 1 x complimentary coffee or tea voucher per adult guest. 2 x free Drusillas tickets.
  • Platinum – £600. Exclusive Hire of Amazon Adventure. Up to 100 children. Birthday cookie for the birthday child. 4 x free Drusillas tickets.
What are the party session times?
  • Gold and Silver party packages can choose from either 11.45am-1.45pm or 2.30pm-4.30pm
  • Platinum party packages can choose from either 9.30am-11.30am or 4.30pm-6.30pm
Can I arrive early to get into my party room?
  • Gold or Silver party host should arrive 15 minutes prior to their party start time. This is either at 11.30am or 2.15pm. Guests of the party should arrive at the party start time. This is 11.45am or 2.30pm.
  • Platinum party host is welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes early of their party start time.
  • Party times are set and cannot be extended in the instance of late arrivals.
What time do I have to leave?

Parties are popular at Amazon Adventure and party rooms are usually needed for the next booking. Therefore, we ask for a prompt exit at your party end time. This is 1.45pm or 4.30pm depending on your chosen session time.

How many adults can come to the party?

Silver and Gold Packages

  • Accompanying adults are on a 1:1 ratio. If guests bring more than 1 adult per child, a reduced entry price of £2.50 is charged per adult.
  • We would strongly encourage you to estimate how many adults you are expecting at the party before the party date. You can pay for additional adults at the time of booking or your guest can pay for the additional adult on the day as they arrive.
  • The accompanying adults of the birthday child are free of charge (up to two people).

Platinum Package

  • You may bring a maximum of 100 children, and a maximum of 150 people (children and adults) in total.
How much deposit is required?
  • Gold and Silver packages require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date and session time.
  • Platinum packages require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date and session time.
  • We do not take provisional bookings. Dates and session times cannot be pencilled in or reserved. Bookings are only secure upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit.
  • Through payment of this deposit, you are deemed to have accepted our Party Terms and Conditions.
When is the final party balance due?
  • The final balance of your party is due 14 days prior to the party date.
  • You will be required to call us directly to pay the balance over the phone, at which time total numbers of children and adults will be required.
  • We accept all major cards except American Express.
  • If final payment isn’t received before the 14 day period of your party date, your party is not secured and risks being cancelled or released.
When are my final numbers and food options needed?
  • Final numbers are required 14 days before the party date.
  • Food options and sandwich choices are required 14 days before the party date.
What food is included in the Gold & Silver packages?

Silver Package – Kid’s Lunch Boxes

  • Kid’s Lunch Boxes include sandwich (jam, marmite or cheese), crisps, a sweet treat, fruit and a drink.

Gold Package – choice of either a hot or cold Kid’s Buffet

  • Hot buffet: chicken nuggets, fish fingers, sausage rolls, chips, beans, pizza slices.
  • Cold buffet: sandwich selection (jam/marmite/cheese), crisps, carrot and cucumber batons with hummus, pizza slices, sausage rolls, and penguin chocolate bars.
What are the Platinum food choices?
  • 09.30am – 11.30am session – The café is open to purchase hot food, drinks, and snacks. Guests can order directly from the menu.
  • 4.30pm – 6.30pm session – The café is open to purchase drinks and snacks (no hot food).
  • We are happy to organise a tab system if desired.
  • Alternatively, you are welcome to bring pre-packaged, shop bought food onsite for your party. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring you are following Natasha’s Law and that all food is clearly labelled with ingredients and allergen information available.
  • No homemade food can be brought onsite, including the cake.
Can I bring my own birthday cake?
  • Only shop bought, pre-packaged cakes can be brought onsite that comply with Natasha’s Law.
  • Homemade cakes are not allowed onsite.
Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
  • Yes! Allergies and dietary requirements can be catered for.
  • Please inform us at least 14 days before your party date to ensure we have the relevant alternative ingredients available.
When do you need the guest list and who should be on it?
  • Gold and Silver parties are required to provide a guest list 14 days before the party date.
  • If the number of children attending your party increases, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always try to accommodate extra guests on the day but this may not always be possible.
  • Additional guests must be paid for on the day.
  • Refunds are not given for any children who do not attend the party.
  • Platinum parties do not require a guest list, but must bring no more than 100 children, with a maximum of 150 people in total.
What happens if I cancel the party or want to postpone it?
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Parties cancelled prior to 14 days of the party date will not be charged the cost of the party (excluding the deposit).
  • The cost of the party is not refundable in instances where a cancellation has been made within 14 days of the party date.
  • A request of postponement needs to be made at least 14 days prior to the party date. We will always aim to find a suitable alternative date, but in circumstances where this is not possible the deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests of postponement with less than 14 days to the party date. Both the party cost and deposit are non-refundable in these instances.
When do I get my free Drusillas tickets?
  • You will receive your free Drusillas ticket code within 7 days of your party date.
How long are my Drusillas tickets valid for?
  • You have one year from the date of your party to use your free tickets.
Outside entertainers
  • We do not allow outside entertainers in Amazon Adventure.
What are your party rooms like?
  • Our party rooms are themed as the Amazon Rainforest and are named Jaguar Falls and Rainforest Retreat. They are both similar in style. Please check out photos on our website.
  • Party rooms are allocated based on the size of the party.
  • We regret you cannot reserve a specific room.
Can I decorate the room?
  • You are welcome to bring standalone air-filled balloons and table decorations to your party.
  • We do not allow any decorations to be fixed to the walls in the party rooms or main areas within Amazon Adventure.
  • Confetti, table sprinkles, or balloons with confetti in them are not allowed.
  • Helium balloons are only allowed in the party rooms and are not allowed in the main play area.
  • Any damage to the party room, table, or chairs will be charged for.
What are your Rules of Play?
  • Party-goers must always adhere to our rules of play. A copy of these is displayed at Amazon Adventure and is available on our website.
Do you supervise the party?
  • Amazon Adventure is a parent/adult/carer supervised attraction, and the play frame is not constantly supervised by our staff.
  • We recommend a ratio of at least one adult to every five children.
  • Please bring with you contact details of all parents not attending the party, in case of an emergency.
